Cadonix is going big this year at EWPTE 2026!

We’re hot off the launch of our newly released product, smartBuild, the industry’s only digital formboard, created to transform complex design data into clear, automated manufacturing guidance, eliminating ambiguity, reducing rework, and enabling faster, higher-quality, and more consistent builds through intelligent validation and instant updates.

Our legacy product, Arcadia, provides a fully integrated, cloud-based electrical CAD environment that connects electrical schematics directly to wire harness layout, formboards, documentation, and manufacturing outputs. When combined with smartBuild manufacturers gain a seamless digital thread from engineering through production, helping teams improve design efficiency, manufacturing productivity, and overall product quality.

Stop by our booth, #1300, to see the complete platform in action, or join us for a networking event Tuesday night – before your days fill up. We’ll also have two sessions throughout the day on Wednesday, May 6th. Learn more below.

Cadonix EWPTE 2026 Happenings

Tuesday, May 5th: Networking Event

Join us as we kickoff EWPTE 2026 early with local food, flowing drinks and casual conversations with your peers. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow engineers in a stress-free way before the show floor opens. We’ll be hosting some games and competitions with the chance to win bragging rights and prizes.

Cadonix EWPTE Networking Event

Wednesday, May 6th: Keynote Session

  • Time: 8:00am – 8:45am CST
  • Speaker: Miles Arnone, CEO of Re:Build Manufacturing

The CEO of our parent company, Re:Build Manufacturing, is opening the conference with this year’s keynote session. Make sure to listen in as Miles dives into the Manufacturability for DesignTM approach.

Manufacturability for Design: Accelerating U.S. Innovation from Concept to Scale

Miles Arnone, Re:Build Manufacturing CEO, will present how Re:Build is transforming the speed and scale of American manufacturing through its Manufacturability for Design™ approach. He will present examples where this method has enabled rapid progression from concept to functional prototypes and production-ready systems. The session will showcase how Re:Build’s vertically integrated, U.S.-based model accelerates the path from innovative design to manufacturable solutions and restores critical domestic capabilities.

Wednesday, May 6th: Panel Session

  • Time: 3:00pm – 4:00pm CST
  • Speakers:
    • Andrew Armstrong, Co-Founder & CTO, Cadonix
    • Chris Stubel, Application Engineer, Cadonix
    • Kyle Hennion, Control Systems Engineering, Altec

Cadonix will be joined by our customer, Altec, for a panel session discussing how manufacturers are connecting electrical design data directly to production workflows.

Bridging Design, Production, and Validation: Creating a Connected Wire Harness Workflow

Attendees will gain practical insights from both industry and manufacturer perspectives on how connected workflows can accelerate ramp-up times, reduce build errors, and improve quality across the entire wire harness production lifecycle.

Key Takeaways

  • Where wire harness programs most commonly break down between engineering and manufacturing
  • How manufacturers are using connected design data to improve production accuracy and reduce manual work
  • Why the industry is moving toward a true digital thread across design, manufacturing, and validation

Booth Demos: Cadonix Booth #1300

One Platform. Seamless Workflow. From Design to Manufacturing.

Stop by, or pre-schedule a brief demo to experience the only complete, end-to-end design to manufacturing solution for wire harness production. Learn how you can achieve:

  • Up to 50% Accelerated Production: Highlight every wire path, including splices and twisted pairs, while guiding precise terminal placement into connectors and cavities.
  • 95% Reduction in Design-to Build: Load virtual formboards instantly, eliminating printing and storage costs and delivering ready-to-build designs that update without delay.
  • Less than Half a Day to Train New Technicians: Enable new technicians to become proficient quickly with animated build instructions that adapt to their experience level, reducing training time to build complex wire harnesses from weeks to hours.
  • Up to 25% Reduction in Direct Labor Cost: Cut manual effort with streamlined digital workflows that lower labor demands and reduce direct costs across every build.
