Release version:  1-21-3-33

Category: Workflow Synchronization and Operational Efficiency

This release focuses on workflow synchronization and operational efficiency. By aligning our Editor tools with Task-level functionality in harness, accessibility of custom components in and improving smoothness of moving components schematic we have ensured that workflows are synchronized, offering quicker updates improving efficiency.

Improvements

Password Visibility Toggle

We’ve introduced an eye icon in password fields. You can now toggle the visibility of your password while logging in or setting up a new password to allow easier verification and ensure total accuracy.

End User License Agreement (EULA) Compliance

To ensure full legal compliance, we have integrated the End User License Agreement (EULA) directly into the login/launch process. All active users will now be prompted to explicitly consent to the terms one time per EULA, ensuring that every account remains up to date with our service governing standards.

Fixes and Stability Improvements

  • Resizing the Custom Component
We’ve fixed a defect in the drawing canvas to ensure custom components respond accurately to resizing. Moving the mouse without holding the resizing square handle now adjusts the component dimensions smoothly.

  • Wire Cutting Length Accuracy Across Harness and Formboard
Resolved inaccuracy where Virtual Nodes on a bundle caused discrepancies in wire cutting lengths between the formboard and the harness. Cutting lengths are now perfectly synchronized, ensuring consistent data across both views.

  • Technical Publications: Ability to Locate Wire and Hotspots
Linked to Location Hotspots We’ve improved the navigation within Technical Publications. You can now locate wires and hotspots linked to a specific location hotspot across relative sheets. This functionality mirrors our existing component behavior, making it significantly easier to identify and trace connections throughout the documentation because of the highlighting feature.

  • Improved the Ability to Move Bends When Components are Placed in Close Proximity to Bends
When wire bends have components in close proximity (1 minor grid), we have improved the accuracy of selection, such that wire bends can be moved independently without moving the component.
