Cadonix Release Notes:
June 1st, 2026

Release version:  1-21-3-35

Category: User experience and data consistency

This release focuses on enhancing user experience, data consistency, and routing precision across design modules. Key updates improve visual navigation for hotspot-linked components and increase layout accuracy for traditional inline connectors. The update strengthens system validation by standardizing variant naming limits and optimizes wire length calculations while streamlining terminal cavity updates via CSV

Improvements

Techpubs – Enhanced Hotspot Identification

When navigating from a Location to a Relative Sheet via a hotspot link, the target component now blinks, allowing for quicker and easier identification.

Fixes and Stability Improvements

  • Synchronized Variant Name Lengths:
Character limits for Variant names are now uniform across Schematic, Harness, and Profile modules, strengthening field validation consistency.

  • Update Cavities for Terminals
The “Update Cavities” now supports terminal data exported via CSV, automatically populating images and Part Number (PN) information from the component database.

  • Inline Connector Placement for type “Traditional”
Improved the schematic placement accuracy of “Traditional” inline connectors to match the seamless user experience of DIN Standard inline connectors.

Wire Length

Resolved wire length calculation issues occurring after the addition of virtual nodes by optimizing the underlying wire routing paths.
